Law Offices of Victor L. George

Firm Overview

Founded in January 1991, the Law Offices of Victor L. George has a long-held tradition of being recognized as one of the preeminent plaintiffs’-side trial firms in Southern California. We have a great passion for helping our clients, as well as for the areas of law in which we focus.

In both employment discrimination/wrongful terminations and catastrophic personal injury cases, there are significant financial risks and rewards at stake. We are highly selective about the matters we choose to pursue so that our resources, knowledge, and skills can be deployed to the maximum benefit of each client. We front the many hours and the voluminous amounts of costs for our clients to allow them to level the playing field against the corporate defendants we face in every case.

We have been able to maximize results for our clients. For over 25 years, partner Victor L. George has proven his trial practice skills in matters involving employment discrimination and catastrophic personal injury. As a result, Mr. George has become a widely-respected member of the Trial Bar, as well as a member of several prestigious legal organizations.

The firm’s other partner, Wayne C. Smith, has also practiced over 25 years, possesses similarly extensive experience in employment litigation matters, and has broad-based respect among his peers in the legal community.
